Q: Can I bring a cake or cupcakes?
A: Absolutely!  For guests, we also offer delicious dessert choices or a choice of cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes that can be added to your birthday package.

Q: Can I bring food and drinks from outside?

A: No, but you are welcome to add appetizers, food, drinks, and dessert from our wide selection listed on our restaurant menu!

Q:Can I decorate for the birthday party?
A:We do allow our guests to decorate; however, we provide all plates, cups, napkins, and cutlery for each event. We also offer great in-house custom bundles through our online or over the phone birthday booking system that offers a hassle-free solution.

Q: What does Tiebreakers provide?
A: We provide plates, napkins, silverware, and cups for the meal, a party host for set up and clean up, and a private room (if selected). The guest is welcome to bring in decorations (no confetti), and themed plates if they prefer. We offer many inclusive add-ons to ensure the full party experience with no hassle of set up or clean up.

Q: What do I need to do to book a birthday party?
A: Schedule online or over the phone with one of our Event Coordinators. We require a minimum $100 deposit to confirm.

Q: What if some of my guests do not show up? Do I still pay for them?
A: With Party Packages, we require the minimum of 8 guests. We require final minimum head counts 2 days prior to your event date. That will be the best time to guarantee all RSVP’d guests so that you do not pay for anyone not attending.

Q: What happens if more guests arrive than the contracted amount?
A: We do allow our guests to increase headcount the day of the event pending we have activity and venue availability. Guests may be subject to wait times if all sessions are reserved.

Q:When do I check in for my event?

A: Check in will be located at our front Guest Services desk and will be 5 minutes before the start time of your party.
